The owner of this website is Imad El Malki Jaddi, publishing under the name nineproject. You can get in touch at contacto@nineproject.es.

nineproject is a trading name, not a company: there is one person behind it, and that person is who replies and who writes the code.

Purpose and terms of use

This site presents the software and web development services the owner offers, and provides a way to get in touch. Browsing it means accepting these terms.

The information published here is indicative and is not a contractual offer: a specific engagement is agreed in writing, with its scope, timeline and price.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to its owner. You may quote them with attribution; reproducing them as your own is not permitted.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no third-party resources. That is why you will not see a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. It does run first-party analytics counting anonymous events, with no IP, no identifiers and nothing leaving the site's own infrastructure; the privacy policy describes it. The one preference it stores is the light or dark theme, and it lives in your browser's local storage without leaving your device.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer legislation designates another venue.
