# nineproject

nineproject designs, builds and maintains the websites and tools a small business uses every day. It ships working, and it keeps being looked after.

## What gets built here

- **Websites**: The public face of a business, built to open fast on an ordinary phone with a bad signal.
- **Internal tools**: Dashboards, records and control panels for the work you do daily and still do by hand in a spreadsheet.
- **Automation**: Copy, check, notify: the steps that repeat stop needing someone sitting in front of a screen.
- **Maintenance**: What ships is not abandoned: it is watched, updated and fixed, ideally before anyone notices.

## How the work goes

- **It ships working**: Nothing is called finished in a demo. It is finished once it is live, measured and in the hands of whoever will use it.
- **No black boxes**: The code is yours and so are the credentials. If one day you want to take it elsewhere, you can, and without asking permission.
- **You talk to whoever writes it**: There is no sales layer in between. Your question is answered by the same person who wrote the line.

## A one-person studio

nineproject is the name I work under. There is no team and no office behind it: there is one person, Imad El Malki Jaddi, who designs, builds, ships and answers the email.

It says so here because for a small business that is an advantage, not a caveat: no meetings to relay, no quotes going through three levels of approval. The history, the projects and the CV live on the portfolio.
